Being a licensed mental health professional for 21 years, I specialize in helping women manage life transitions, postpartum depression, trauma, anxiety and grief. I also have extensive experience and training working with foster care and adoption issues. As a certified Prepare Enrich facilitator, I also assist premarital and married couples with assessing their strengths, opportunities for growth, and learning skills to strengthen their relationship.
I believe in utilizing an integrative psychotherapeutic approach, which means utilizing a variety of therapy modalities, to help my client's learn to manage their anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and women issues.
