I help individuals and partners working to find who they are in relationship with themselves and within their larger world. I am passionate about supporting clients through changes and challenges encountered throughout their lifetime (i.e. school, work, marriage/intimate partners, loss, and other issues that arise. I work with adolescents (15+), and adults, inclusive of all genders, abilities, cultures, and expressions. As an intercountry, transracial adoptee, I understand and work with clients who struggle to form a strong identity and self-worth due to push and pull and expectations of everyone else in their lives.

I focus on identity development after childhood trauma (i.e. religious fundamentalism or adoption). I also focus on sex therapy, working with BDSM/kink, polyamory, purity culture, and LGBTQ+. Issues include building empathy toward partners and others, boundaries, and other mental health symptoms. I am also uniquely poised to help those in graduate school.

My orientation is relational, dynamic, trauma- and polyvagal-informed, intersectional, and strengths-based. I use eclectic techniques including attachment theory, Imago, motivational interviewing, and advanced Brainspotting. Everyone deserves to have a life where they feel balanced, worthy, and loved. Treatment planning with me is collaborative, and I work with you to set goals and plans to reach them. During initial sessions, I will learn more about you, what you've experienced, and what you want for yourself in general and through therapy.
