My focus is to help clients navigate family and relationship issues, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and self-esteem. During my sessions, I aim to provide a space where you can feel unapologetically yourself, without the need to code-switch.
I integrate evidence-based therapy approaches, including psychodynamic, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and CBT skills. Together, we will collaboratively explore what you would like to work on: from identity exploration and building self-confidence to processing painful emotions and developing healthier ways to navigate life’s challenges.
