My ideal clients are thoughtful, introspective people who often feel intense, different, or hard to categorize. Many are neurodivergent or LGBTQ+, sometimes discovering this later in life, and are navigating identity questions, relational patterns, burnout, or chronic self-doubt. They want more than coping strategies, they want understanding. Their goal is not to be “fixed,” but to make sense of themselves, reduce internal strain, and live with greater coherence, self-trust, and ease.
I specialize in working with late adolescents (16+) and adults who are neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, or both, including those with late or adult diagnoses. With 24 years of clinical experience, I offer thoughtful, relational therapy focused on identity, attachment, masking, burnout, and long-standing emotional patterns.
