For more than 25 years, I've helped clients heal from trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, and depression. My approach draws on decades of experience with midlife shifts, "empty-nest" changes, caregiver stress, retirement, transitions, chronic illness, and the many ways loss shows up as we move through life.
