Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment that reduces and eliminates body pain and tension. Brainspotting works with eye positions to connect clients inside themselves so they have the ability to dismantle trauma, distress and stuck beliefs that clients wants counseling to heal.
Learning to have Safe Conversations and stay connected to each other is a highly effective practice of relationship building that uses a dialogue process. This dialogue process teaches couples how to create win/win communication between them as they resolve conflict. This process has positively impacted thousands of couples around the world.
