Cherie is the owner of Healing Wounds Healthcare (HWHC), a trauma-sensitive private practice that offers both mental health counseling and emotional support coaching. Cherie and HWHC therapists believe trauma is at the heart of most mental health concerns. Trauma is an emotional wound that can cause intense physical and psychological distress. Trauma survivors often feel alone and may feel like they are “damaged goods" - like hope is beyond reach. We believe healing is possible. Our mission is to provide clients with trauma-sensitive care from beginning to end, and our heart is to walk with you through your wellness journey.
