My name is Ms. Cherica Allen, but you can call me “Cher.” I am a licensed professional therapist and licensed family therapist associate in the State of Texas. I have over 15 years of experience in working with adolescents, relationship issues, family conflict, depression/anxiety disorders, traumatic experiences, and substance use disorders. The best therapeutic approach is the relationship that I have with you, there are many modalities, but I believe that you have the “tools” necessary to transform your “struggles into triumphs.” My therapeutic approach is uniquely tailored to your needs.
