I offer Deep Brain Reorienting therapy. I facilitate the client in the discovery of their own personal resolutions. My style of counseling is focused on self-exploration and increasing an individual's level of understanding surrounding their current life circumstances & their own behaviors & reactions to those situations.I have a desire to understand each client, & utilize my therapeutic skills & knowledge of psychology & human behavior to facilitate growth. My philosophy is that a client is much more inclined to make possible their own solutions if they are responsible for creating them. I am licensed in Washington, Oregon & Texas.
I have extensive training and skills working trauma survivors, including early attachment trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, Dissociation, DID, anxiety, depression, as well as with narcissistic abuse survivors and adult children of narcissist or alcohol abuse. I accommodate any religious background as well as atheist, agnostic, and non-religious clients.
I utilize DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting Therapy) + Martin Warner's AT Interweaves for DBR (DBR AT). I am an Emdria Certified EMDR Therapist & Approved Consultant (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) & use Ego State Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis & Sensorimotor Psychotherapy & SSP. Concepts from other theoretical perspectives are integrated as appropriate.
