About
We all have the power to create happiness in our life. Sometimes we just need help figuring out how to overcome the obstacles that keep us from getting there. Nothing brings me greater joy than helping my clients experience personal and social empowerment and finding contentment in their life. Therapy doesn't start and end after our session, it moves beyond the safety of my office, so they can practice the skills they learn and feel successful managing their life independent of the therapy. I am a warm, accepting and passionate therapist, dedicated to helping people live happier, healthier lives.
I build a strong working relationship with my clients that is built on trust, comfort and acceptance. Youth experience me as an ally in their quest to find their own identity while navigating the pressures of their world. Some of my specialties include gender and sexuality challenges, self-harm, depression, panic attacks, anxiety and the effects of bullying.
As an Art Therapist and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I am experienced with several therapy approaches, all of which help my clients communicate, explore, heal and gain insight and strength. Adding art therapy can provide a new avenue towards self-expression and exploration which often makes it easier to uncover problems and identify solutions.
