I’m a seasoned therapist with experience in schools and both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I work with children, teens, and adults, and I understand how personal challenges are often shaped by the past and the stressors experienced.
I use evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Adlerian theory, and often incorporate creative tools like bibliotherapy and art when helpful. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or parenting challenges, I tailor therapy to your unique needs and strengths.
For kids and teens, I focus on creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where they can feel safe, build confidence, and learn emotional tools that last. For adults, therapy often means unlearning harmful beliefs, managing stress differently, and finding a more grounded, fulfilling way forward.
