I also have experience working with those exploring non-traditional relationships, sexual practices, and diverse personal interests.
I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet each client’s individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. When beneficial, I provide referrals and connect clients to community resources. I also offer telehealth services.
