I specialize in working with those experiencing cancer (current and post treatment), end of life and grief/loss. I have experience with anticipated loss due to a terminal illness and sudden deaths such as suicide. In addition, I work with those experiencing anxiety, depression and difficulty coping with life transitions (college, "empty nesters" etc).
I believe that healing comes from within and my approach is holistic, which may involve exploring your emotional, physical and spiritual well being. I hope to encourage you to follow your own intuition and to trust your wisdom. I am committed to your individuality and will work with you to determine the best possible intervention or approach.
