Perhaps you struggle with intrusive thoughts, negativity or nervousness and anxiety, maybe it’s loneliness or adjustments to life and changes, or perhaps it’s communication problems or something in between. I am here. I work with a wide range of issues including general anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, depression, substance abuse recovery and maintenance, adjustment disorders and grief. I am LGBTQ+ friendly, LS friendly and welcome all. My hours are flexible to fit with your schedule with weekends available. I am here for you.

I primarily use the combination of Person-Centered and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches in my sessions. This means I put YOU first with no agenda and no judgment. It also means I listen and we work together to develop achievable goals focused mainly on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment.

I want to help retrain your thinking and behavior responses to uncomfortable situations and circumstances and help you learn to be comfortable with your emotions. I want to help you overcome the obstacles in your life keeping you from feeling joy and happiness. Most of all, I want to help put YOU back in control.
