I specialize in substance use and addictive behaviors and have experience supporting clients with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am also passionate about helping the LGBTQ community, as well as those navigating grief, academic concerns, and personal growth. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and CPT-C for trauma.
People come to counseling for a variety of reasons. Transcend & Thrive is a compassionate support group for Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming individuals. Join a vibrant community where you can find general support, navigate specific challenges, and build resilience in an ever-changing world. Facilitated by an experienced LGBTQ+ community member, this group builds on the success of a long-running program, offering a vital space for connection and growth. We meet every other Wednesday at 6:00 PM, starting late August 2025. The investment is $30 per session (out-of-pocket). Find your calm and center.
