I am an LPC-Associate supervised by Kathryn Morgan, LPCS. Clients come to me seeking to improve their relationships with themselves and others. Developing healthy communication skills and learning effective coping strategies are essential for building strong relationships. Teens often look for guidance as they navigate their peer relationships. Young adults are transitioning from adolescence to adulthood and are focused on making healthy decisions. In contrast, adults may seek answers to challenging questions related to parenting, marriage, career changes, and other life matters.
I am passionate about healing and am known for being a supportive, non-judgmental listener. I follow an Adlerian approach to counseling, prioritizing each person's needs, goals, and values while also considering their cultural and spiritual perspectives. I am trained in EMDR and use CBT techniques to address PTSD, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My clients appreciate the spacious room, the comfortable chairs, the abundance of pillows, and my soft communication skills. I offer both individual and group therapy sessions on a private-pay basis.
