I offer effective outpatient, individualized, mental health care, and provide a neutral ground for individuals, families, and couples. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, mood disorders and OCD. We use Equine assisted therapy combined with CBT, DBT, Trauma Focused Therapy, ERP and Prolonged exposure.
My goal is to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
