Women have a complex and multi-layered relationship to their bodies - layers of shaming and conditioning around our body image, self-worth, sexuality, pleasure, menstruation, menopause, pregnancy, ageing, motherhood, and so much more. Women also carry immense pain within their wombs related to infertility, pregnancy loss through miscarriage and abortion, sexual violation and assault, medical procedures, and through internalized misogyny- all of which have a great impact on our body, minds, and souls. Feeling safe, vital, and connected to both yourself and others is your birthright. Deeply loving your body and womanhood is possible.
I am a trauma-informed, pleasure-positive, body-based practitioner and teacher that merges both the somatic psychotherapeutic realms with the deep spiritual womb mysteries. My approach to the space we create together is that of a sanctuary. One where you can be deeply met and seen in safety.
I utilize an empowered person-centered approach coupled with somatic body-based practices. I have also trained in alternative & holistic healing modalities such as breathwork & quantum energy healing.
