I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals recover from narcissistic abuse, trauma, and grief. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their experiences and work towards healing and growth. I believe in the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and collaboration.
While grief and sorrow are part of our human experience, sometimes the process can get complicated and we feel stuck. Together, we will move through suffering and begin to build hope for the future. Although it may not seem possible now, when the path clears, the pains of grief will soften allowing you to once again, love life and live in peace.
I am very proud of my EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) certification because it reflects my dedication to helping those with trauma to heal. It is an honor to witness others use their innate wisdom to heal from old wounds. EMDR makes the process easier. I facilitate trauma healing that can bring relief to invisible wounds.
