I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that operates from a place of compassion and empathy that cultivates an environment to encourage you, the client to openly express their thoughts/feelings so that we can focus on setting goals, identifying feelings and patterns, developing healthy/positive attitudes and behaviors, and problem solving.
My specialties include mood disorders, women's issues, and LGBTQIA related concerns. In addition, I offer services on an array of topics such as depression, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, as well as life transitions and other obstacles. My approach to counseling is person centered, strength-based counseling that utilizing variety of approaches such as CBT.
As your counselor, I want to provide quality care that allows to you control your journey to better at your own pace. With availability of evenings and weekend sessions, this will allow you to start your journey at times that were conducive to your work, or personal schedules.
