I a multifaceted creative professional, with multiple credentials in different health and wellness related fields: Mental Health Counselor, Certified & Credentialed Holistic Life Coach (ACC), trained Yogini (Kripalu/Hatha)& Certified Reiki Master. I am spiritual but non dogmatic. Having these, enables me to best accompany clients in an aligned holistic way.
