I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2020, along with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2013. Currently, I am seeking a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Walden University. During my internships and employment experiences I worked with the youth population that experienced trauma and struggle with substance addiction. In my career development, I worked with diverse populations, including the IDD and corrections populations.
I have an abundance of experience working with pre-teens and adolescents that struggle with anxiety, depression, gender identity, self-worth, and behavior modification. I utilize an eclectic counseling style that is a mixture of person-centered, Adlerian, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
