Welcome! Whether you have experience with therapy, or this is your first time, seeking therapy is a brave step. I would be honored to join with you in your process of healing and growth, wherever you are in your journey. My name is Chelsy (she/her) and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I believe in meeting people where they are at and working collaboratively to help you make the change you want to make.
I’m passionate about working alongside people who are looking for positive change in their lives and empowering them to take steps towards healing. I provide a caring, compassionate and nonjudgmental space that feels safe for individuals to connect with themselves, clarify the directions they want to take in life and move toward growth.
I use an integrative person-centered, strengths-based approach, taking into account the relationships between yourself, family, culture, and environment. I especially draw on the wisdom of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and consider needs individually in choosing interventions. I look forward to the chance to know you and work together with you.
