I’ve spent the last decades helping kids, teens and adults navigate life’s curveballs; from anxiety and ADHD to big transitions, trauma, and everything in between. I am especially passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, and it has been a privilege to support them in navigating their unique challenges and strengths. Depending on your needs, we might pull from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused techniques, person-centered work, dialectical behavioral therapy skills, play therapy, and more.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space to be real, no judgment and no pressure to have it all figured out. Whether you’re struggling with stress, relationships, grief, substance use, or just feel a little “off,” I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward the life you want.
I am flexible with my options to help you. We can meet in-person, over the phone, or virtually. I received my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2017 and am currently licensed in Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. It’s a conversation that can help you grow.
