Hi! My name is Chelsie and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my Masters degree from Walden University where I found special interest in the use of cognitive behavioral therapy and thought restructuring to improve overall quality of life. I have 8 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and the elderly through all walks of life. As your therapist I will bring compassion and empathy and work along side you in building skills to navigate challenges, explore emotions, and develop coping strategies.
In our first session, we will get to know each other and the challenges you may be experiencing. We will work on building a foundation that is not only collaborative but a safe space for self discovery and growth. Through our sessions we will address your goals, structure the sessions in ways that best fit your needs.
