I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that specializes in play therapy to provide counseling services to children, adolescents, and their families. I am honored to work with children and to provide a safe place for them to resolve psychosocial difficulties and achieve optimal growth and development, specifically through play. My work with children involves meeting them where they are emotionally and developmentally through play therapy, while also working with their families to improve daily functioning. Play therapy gives children the capability to improve regulation skills, tolerate frustrations, and improve relationships.
As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I have received extensive training and supervision in the fields of play therapy and child development. Through this training, I am able to provide play therapy sessions in which the child is able to communicate, heal, and grow through their natural language of play.
