I am a Psychiatric Physician Assistant who previously worked as a Hospitalist. Studying Internal Medicine, I saw firsthand how our minds, bodies, and souls are so interwoven and the profound impact that each health component has on the others. For example, our physical health significantly impacts our mental health, and vice versa. With a strong foundation in psychiatric medicine, medication management, and therapeutic support, I integrate a whole-person approach to help patients achieve balance in their mental and emotional well-being.
I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and I am very passionate about working one-on-one towards healthier lifestyle goals. I believe that every individual has the strength and capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful life changes. As a client-centered provider, my approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and holistic care.
Driven by a deep commitment to reducing stigma and improving access to compassionate mental health care, I strive to bridge the gap between medication-based treatment and holistic wellness.
