Hello! Whether you are looking for a counselor for yourself or a loved one, and whether you are in the just browsing stage or ready to make the first appointment, welcome! I believe that the process of counseling is similar to gardening, with the first step being to find the right ‘soil’ to support the ‘plant’ for growth, or in this case, the right ‘therapist’ for your ‘personal’ growth. To aid you in determining if I am the right fit, here is a little about myself as a therapist.
I am a licensed mental health clinician who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5 to 18. I practice from a strength-based lens and with the belief that the client is the expert in their lives and I am here to provide a supportive and a safe space for processing and growth.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques, tailoring them to each client's unique hopes, interests, and needs. It would be a privilege to be a part of your or your child’s growth.
