I’m passionate about supporting children, teens, and new mothers as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Whether it’s a child adjusting to changes at home or school, a teen working through emotional pain, or a new mom finding her rhythm in motherhood, I believe each person has an innate capacity for healing and growth.
My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based care, with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, and the impact of complex family dynamics. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to build resilience and deeper self-awareness.
I integrate traditional talk therapy with trauma-informed and experiential approaches, including equine-assisted mental health. Through connection, both human and animal, clients are able to reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and develop healthier, more adaptive coping skills.
My role is to walk alongside each client as they rediscover their inner strength, rebuild trust in themselves and others, and experience healing in ways that go beyond words. Clients seen at my Ault location have the opportunity to participate in sessions in a unique barn setting, where horses and other farm animals foster connection, reflection, and meaning
