I work with women who are navigating religious trauma, faith transitions, identity shifts, and the complex experience of being a mother after leaving Mormonism.
So many of the women I support were taught to be selfless, agreeable, spiritual, and “good”, often at the expense of their own needs, voice, and intuition. When you’ve spent years being told how to think, what to believe, and who to be, it makes sense that questioning any of that now feels overwhelming, scary, or disorienting.
In therapy or brainspotting together, we’ll slow down and reconnect you with your inner voice. The one you may have been taught to ignore. We’ll work on releasing guilt, processing grief, honoring your needs, and developing self-trust. I’ll help you learn how to say no without apologizing, set boundaries without guilt, and believe that your wants matter too.
My approach is warm, relational, and grounded. No perfectionism, no performance, no pressure to have it all figured out. Just a safe space where you get to show up as your full, real self.
If you want a life that feels less like survival and more like yours, I’d love to support you. Reach out when you're ready, we’ll take the first step together.

Bloom After Belief: Group For Ex-Mormon Women
Leaving the church is one of the most life-altering experiences a woman can go through. It shifts your identity, your relationships, your confidence, your sense of belonging… and most people around you have no idea what it actually feels like inside your mind. Even years after leaving, you might still be carrying emotions, questions, or grief you’ve never had the right space to process. Bloom After Belief was created for exactly that reason. A place to finally exhale, where people get it without needing a full backstory. A place to feel less alone in everything you’re untangling.
