Welcome, I know seeking therapy services can be overwhelmingly emotional and difficult. The state of the world we live in has become a struggle, and if I can help you on your personal journey I would love to do so. My ideal client would be families, couples, children, or individuals that are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavioral modifications, parenting problems, relationship conflicts, school difficulties, intimacy, emotional regulation skills, social skills, or grief.
As a licensed marriage and family therapist i have been in the field for over 6 years. I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. I mainly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play/Sand Tray Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am licensed in Kansas, Texas, and Oklahoma.
As a therapist I am direct, while displaying patience and providing a safe environment with which clients can process their vulnerabilities. Outside of my personal career, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing with my dogs, and ranching.
