I'm happy you're here. I enjoy working with adult clients with a variety of mental health concerns. I work with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, as well as a variety of other mental health conditions. I enjoy working with adults. During our initial sessions, we will dive into the issues at hand and work together to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back.
What works for one client may not work for you. I enjoy tailoring my therapy style to each person's individual needs and preferences. I approach my people to work with warmth, empathy, honest feedback, and a genuine curiosity to learn about you and your lived experiences. I tend to use a lot of humor with my clients.
