I specialize in working with young adults (18+), the LGBTQIA+ community, and those navigating relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. I also integrate holistic wellness practices, emphasizing mind-body health and collaborative treatment care.

Channeling a growth mindset, focusing on strengths & honoring the reality of life's hardships with a touch of gentle humor and a peaceful presence is what I am to offer. I am a trained EMDR therapist and offer a Person Centered approach. I pull from theories like Solution Focused, Dialectical Behavioral, Cognitive Behavioral theories to inform my practice.
