I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, and with 8+ years of professional experience, I'm committed to providing clients with positive therapeutic experience, direction, and guidance for their emotional well-being. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.
I have experience working include those who struggle with a variety of issues ranging from family conflict, grief counseling, anger management, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, sexual abuse history, Reactive Attachment Disorder, substance use, self-harm, eating disorders, LGBTQ+, Borderline Personality Disorder, suicidal ideation, schizophrenia, and depression.
I work from an Existentialism and Humanistic Therapy perspective helping you to make meaning from your life experience. With my background in Art Therapy my goal is to finding unique and creative solutions to help clients explore and process their emotions with more than just words. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
