Hi there, I highly value meeting clients where they’re at. I aim to provide a warm, relational, and trauma informed space that focuses on empowerment, safety, and collaboration with my clients. I believe that therapy is a space where clients’ voices and stories should be heard and validated. I believe that when clients are met with empathy and validation, they can begin to do that for themselves and others. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and work with teens and adults affected by trauma and who have difficulties with self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and suicidality.
I provide therapy services to teens and adults who are also affected by substance use, domestic violence, grief & loss, abuse, and self-harm. I go at the pace of my client’s comfortability and value building trust. These experiences can be challenging to process, therefore, I value making sure my clients feel safe and respected first and foremost.
My goal in helping process through these experiences is for my clients to feel seen, and know that they still hold worth and value despite what they have been through.
