A little about me: I earned my psychology degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce. I also specialize in EMDR therapy, which is basically magic for healing trauma and breaking free from old patterns (okay, science-backed magic, but still).
