I specialize in trauma- and attachment-based therapy for PTSD, C-PTSD, dissociation and relationship struggles. Often the experience of feeling disconnected in your relationships, being weighed down or feeling hijacked by your past, or noticing how patterns of pain or stress are continuing in your present can be overwhelming and feel helpless. There is nothing wrong with you! What these things could be saying is that you can't sort through these things alone, that you may need someone to walk alongside you to guide and join you.
I focus on helping to heal people from the wounds and origins that keep trauma adaptations and painful patterns in place. I am an integrated trauma therapist, trained in evidence-based and experiential approaches such as EMDR, somatic therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting Therapy), and attachment-based therapy.
I believe healing happens in relationship. I would be honored to step into both the known and the unknown with you—to listen deeply, honor your story, and guide you through what feels overwhelming or uncertain. Expect: Case consultation through an attachment and interpersonal neurobiology lens. Support for working with dissociative disorders (DID/OSDD), chronic trauma, developmental/early trauma, and extreme abuse. Teaching on how to safely and effectively engage trauma processing across phased trauma therapy. Reflective consultation from cases. Application of clinical skills with attachment based, interpersonal neurobiology, and experiential lens. Our goal is not just clinical skill, but clinician resilience, attunement, and sustainability. Virtual & in-person groups available.
