I am a licensed psychologist offering individual therapy, ADHD coaching and adult ADHD testing. I believe therapy and testing can help clients deepen self-understanding and gain insight into complex challenges. I help clients to develop self-acceptance and foster personal growth. I am a reliable, dedicated and authentic counselor. I work from an integrative relational and behavioral lens. Areas of specialty include ADHD and neurodiversity, sexual & reproductive health, working with veterinarians & healthcare workers, intimate partner relationships, chronic pain/illness, art/creativity, trauma and family of origin relationships.
I enjoy building lasting relationships with my clients. I also enjoy helping my clients find renewed purpose in life and work to increase meaningful connection with themselves and others. I find a lot of satisfaction in watching my clients evolve and grow over time. I am flexible in tailoring my work to each individual client's need.
