My trauma-informed approach is rooted in the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES) and an anti-diet framework. I encourage clients to explore their relationships to food and movement while reconnecting with their bodies to reclaim a sense of identity beyond the eating disorder.
In a culture that often disconnects us from ourselves, I believe that coming home to the body is a radical act of healing.
