If you've found your way here, you're ready for something to be different. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, or a relationship that feels hard, you aren't alone. Maybe you're facing a major transition, or carrying a loss you haven't had space to process yet. I work with couples, individuals, and teens across California. For couples, I offer support whether you're working to reconnect or considering separation, navigating communication struggles, intimacy, trust, or life transitions. I warmly welcome anyone carrying the weight of demanding work or life, no matter what that looks like.
I draw on ACT, relational, and nature-informed approaches, including walk-and-talk and nature sessions. For couples, Relational Life Therapy provides a non-judgmental framework where both reconnection and separation are valid paths. Additionally, I bring personal and professional expertise to working with folx in aviation and veterinary medicine.
