My name is Chelsea Singleton. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a particular focus on trauma work. I use a variety of modalities and interventions to meet the needs of my clients regardless of what they are facing. I tend to use combinations of approaches in order to meet the unique needs of each client. I particularly lean more towards DBT, CBT, Trauma Informed, and Internal Family Systems.
I have experience working with both mandated and nonmandated clients. I have also worked with individuals struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Trauma/PTSD, and more.
I am very casual and laid back. Whatever helps the clients to feel at ease is what I try to go for.
