As a therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, I work with women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional shifts that can come with becoming a mother. Whether you are experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, overwhelm, identity changes, intrusive thoughts, or simply feeling unlike yourself, therapy can be a place to exhale, feel understood, and begin healing. My work is deeply personal as well as professional. Having personally experienced postpartum depression and OCD, I understand how isolating, exhausting, and confusing this season can feel.
I have specialized training and clinical experience treating postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and I am passionate about helping women feel more grounded, confident, & connected to themselves again. Together, we focus on developing effective coping skills, creating sustainable routines, and building emotional resilience in ways that fit your real life.
I strive to create a space where you can be honest without fear of judgment. Motherhood can bring joy and love, but it can also bring grief, anxiety, rage, loneliness, perfectionism, and uncertainty.
