My name is Chelsea Poulos, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I have worked for the past several years with children aged 0-5 and their entire family as they navigate the challenges and stresses that come with everyday life. I have a lot of experience and am comfortable working with those experiencing challenges that come with our daily life. This includes but is not limited to parenting/raising children, behavior or developmental concerns, relationships, anxiety, stress and trauma.
I love meeting clients where they are at and setting goals together to meet their needs. My approach is attachment based and solution oriented but varies depending on your overall needs and needs that day.
