Hi there, I am Chelsea Pigeon, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have over 5 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups on life’s journey. Some of my favorite (and most effective) modalities include person-centered, Gottman Method, EMDR, CBT, DBT, exposure therapy, and narrative therapy. I also use CBIT to treat tic disorders.
I specialize in a wide variety of client populations and issues including but not limited to trauma, relationship issues, grief, OCD, mood disorders, anxiety, child/adolescent therapy, Christian counseling, and personality disorders. I am also trained in working with First Responders, domestic violence survivors, and human trafficking survivors.
