I specialize in providing compassionate and effective therapy for adolescent and young adult females, fostering a safe and supportive environment to help them navigate their unique challenges. I am a board-certified, nationally accredited, licensed clinical mental health therapist. My goal as a mental health professional is to create a safe place for my clients to tell their story, gain new insight and empower them to navigate life’s challenges. I have worked in the field of mental health for over ten years and have counseled individuals from all demographics. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR, CBT and DBT. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD and the struggles that everyday life can bring.
