My name is Chelsea, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I believe people heal and grow when they feel safe, supported, and truly seen. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where healing and self-discovery can unfold at your own pace. My mission is to help clients feel comfortable showing up as their full, authentic, and sometimes messy selves—without masking, shrinking, or apologizing.
My therapeutic approach is primarily Person-Centered, grounded in empathy, authenticity, and genuine human connection. I integrate CBT, ACT, and attachment theory, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment wounds, and life transitions.
I believe healing doesn’t always have to be heavy. Sometimes, a little humor and laughter can be part of the process, too.
