Are difficult emotions or thoughts impacting your ability to live your best life? Are you haunted by past experiences of physical, emotional, or medical trauma? I work with people who are ready to find relief from their suffering. I specialize in addressing trauma, grief, illness, and relationship issues.
I believe that in a nurturing environment, we can awaken our inherent capacity for healing. My goal is to provide a space where you feel seen, heard, and fully accepted, so you have room to begin this process. My approach is more experiential than analytical, to help you discover on a deeper level what has been holding you back.
During therapy, I will challenge you to learn new skills. Sometimes we know what needs to change, but we get stuck on how to make it happen. Some of my tools include MBSR, EMDR, and IFS. Please reach out if I sound like a good fit for you.
