I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for anyone looking to discover what may be their current barriers. Everyone has the ability to make behavior changes but sometimes need an outside perspective to help us find our strengths. My passion is helping clients learn about themselves to discover what they want for their future selves. Change and vulnerability are difficult but can feel much easier with the right supportive therap
I have experience working with kids, adolescents, and aging adults. My areas of interest include self-esteem, gender identity and exploration, and life transitions. In addition, I am skilled in helping individuals cope with the effects of trauma, depression and anxiety and I enjoy providing support to members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
