I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking to improve their relationships, gain support and encouragement in their parenting, discover personal empowerment, cultivate positive and healthy habits, and cope with anxiety, depression, and grief. I take a trauma informed holistic approach, incorporating mind, body, and spirit into my work, and I specialize in Brainspotting and EMDR processing. If you are feeling overwhelmed, burnt-out, or discouraged, it can make a world of difference to have a space to share your struggles and to feel heard and understood.
My goal as a therapist is to partner with you to identify your goals and equip you with the skills and insights needed to make meaningful change. I've worked with a wide variety of people who are going through significant life transitions themselves and in their families. I have many years of experience providing wellness and nutrition coaching as well.
