Hi There! Thanks for taking the time to visit my page. Many of my clients have reached a place where they are no longer comfortable with the status quo. Perhaps you're looking to improve your self worth; process the ongoing impacts of childhood trauma; or maybe you're transitioning to a new relationship structure. Many of my clients seek out therapy to get to know themselves and their partners better, and find improved ways to navigate their relationships. My hope is that sessions leave you with curiosities about yourself and others, and a feeling of empowerment and possibility.
Over the past couple of years, I've so enjoyed working with polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous couples and systems. Around 85% of couples I currently work with are ENM. I also love working with monogamous couples and family systems, healthcare workers and first responders, and LGBTQ folks!
